This tax service is available conveniently through a secure portal called TaxDome. This portal is 100% contact-free allowing everything to be completed using your personal/mobile device(s) from anywhere, anytime. Communications are available through email and phone. However, the most secure methods include messaging, chat, video. 

 

Although limited, local access is available using a secure document lock box which is located at the home-office of Wardwell Tax Service. With a secure tax client lockbox code, paperwork can be dropped off and picked up 24x7.  

 

New clients who prefer to meet the tax preparer can do so through video conference (via FaceTime, Zoom, Teams, Meet, etc.). A curbside exchange/meeting is available by appointment only.
